Where it all started, our first Pate!
The Original Chicken Pate has a super smooth and creamy texture. It pairs perfectly with almost anything, but we suggest our chutney. Made using Waitoa Free Range chicken liver, this is the flavour you should start with. Pair with our Apple and Raisin Chutney for the OG experince
Ingredients
Waitoa Free Range Chicken Liver, Koromiko Free Range Eggs, Butter, Milk, Garlic, Salt, Egg, Chicken stock, Lemon pepper, Cornflour, Water
The pate has a fridge life of three months, we make it fresh so it can have the longest shelf life possible. All jars are labeled with an expiry date.

This yummy paté goes with everything and delicious by itself. It was the first one I tried and is a go-to crowd (or solo snacker) pleaser. Everyone loves it - smooth and tasty. You definitely need to order more than one at a time. It has a good hold time in the fridge. Ours disappeared very very quickly - fairies raiding the fridge???....
