Mushroom and truffle, do we need to say more? We will just because we can’t get over this flavour combo.
Combining these two with pâté creates a subtile earthy flavour. We like it just as it is on crackers or it can be added to a pasta dish that will do the talking for you.
Ingredients
Waitoa Free Range Chicken Liver, Koromiko Free Range Eggs, Butter, Milk, Garlic, Salt, Egg, Chicken stock, Lemon pepper, Cornflour, Water, Mushroom, Truffle, Truffle oil
The pate has a fridge life of three months, we make it fresh so it can have the longest shelf life possible. All jars are labeled with an expiry date.
PLEASE MAKE SURE TO KEEP REFRIGERATED

I normally love pate, but this is on a whole other level. It is sublime. I am so happy to be able to have supplies of this sent to me. I had even toyed with the possibility that I might have to travel to the Nelson Market, from Christchurch, just so that I can get my fix. A perfectly balanced pate in all respects. Wow. Makes for much contentment. I shared it with a friend, and the result is that I will include some jars for him in my next order. It truly is sublime.
The pate is still just as good as it was when we first had it back in the 90’s. Fantastic customer service and speedy delivery 5 stars from me.
