A take on the classic flavour, the green peppercorn create a layer of depth and spice to the pate. If you’re a fan of French flavour, this is going to take the cake.
We like to add it to sauces and stews to add a peppercorn bite.
Ingredients
Waitoa Free Range Chicken Liver, Koromiko Free Range Eggs, Butter, Milk, Garlic, Salt, Egg, Chicken stock, Lemon pepper, Cornflour, Water, Green peppercorn
The pate has a fridge life of three months, we make it fresh so it can have the longest shelf life possible. All jars are labeled with an expiry date.

Best pâté ever? Pretty bloody close! We loved this. Super tasty, not toooo funky, with just the right amount of peppery kick. Wolfed down with Dutch Oven sourdough bread from Westport and pickles. Love yer work!
